It's one weekend every year, where British Columbians infiltrate the streets of Seattle, for their chance to watch the Blue Jays play in person. But this year, the sea of blue and the Canadian flags are missing, with many fans opting to stay home over the trade war with the U.S. Paul Johnson reports.
