Dying Toronto woman’s daughter says she spotted bedbugs in palliative care bed

A Toronto woman is speaking out about an experience at an east-end hospital last week that she is calling her ‘worst nightmare.’ She says that in her mother’s final days, she found bedbugs in her palliative care bed. Caryn Lieberman reports.
